Domain Name Registration Agreement
The right to own a domain is vested in the person whose name is listed in the “Domain Name Owner” (Registrant) section. Creative.co.th You can set it yourself before registering a domain and Creative.co.th Give the right to edit various information about your domain name and the information specified in the “Domain Name Administrator” section.
Domain names once registered cannot be modified under any circumstances. Domain names that Creative.co.th Register or move under the care of Creative.co.th It is your property. You have a duty to check before registering a domain name whether it infringes on the copyright of others or not and not to use that domain name to cause damage, deterioration, go against Thai morality or go against the law. If a lawsuit is filed in any case, Creative.co.th I will not be involved in any way in such wrongdoing.
Transferring a domain name to another provider is your right (as per ICANN regulations) and you can transfer it once the domain is registered with Creative.co.th Only over 60 days
Domain Name Renewal When it's time to renew your domain Creative.co.th We will send you an email 30 days before the domain expires if you do not pay or notify us. Creative.co.th Renewing a domain name 7 days before expiration will be considered as consent to the domain being cancelled. Creative.co.th We will not be responsible for any damages that may occur.
Hosting, VPS and Co-location Terms of Use
(The service provider reserves the right not to provide services to the following websites.)
- Websites that are illegal or against Thai morality, such as copyright infringement, threatening, websites related to pornography, or content suggesting pornography, sex, prostitution, including websites that have links to websites related to pornography, etc.
- Websites related to Hacker, Warez, Crack, distributing viruses, worms, trojans, or other illegal software.
- All types of gambling related websites
- All types of legal and illegal websites related to Download, MP3, Software, VDO & Voice Clips, Music Online.
- Infringe on the trademark, copyright or intellectual property of another person or any other person in any country worldwide.
- Threats, cheating, false information, dissemination of obscene material, drugs
- Websites that provide services in a way that affects the system and system resources, such as CPU usage beyond limits, Email usage beyond limits, hacking, IRC Bots, or any other programs that affect the operation of the system, and the service provider reserves the right to consider which usage is beyond limits.
- The service provider does not allow users to do Commercial Mass Emailing or "Spamming" in any case whatsoever. Sending advertisements to other people's emails without others asking or sending to Newsgroups User, sending emails using non-existent business return addresses, sending chain messages to generate a large number of replies, and sending the same messages repeatedly to others, etc. When found, the service will be immediately suspended without any refunds and no advance notice is required.
- A website that distributes free email space or other resources to other people, also known as Free email and Free Hosting.
- Files that users use on the server, such as Website Files, Email Files, Database Files, etc., if infected with a virus, will be automatically deleted from the system without prior notification.
- For web boards or web forms that are not protected and allow bots to spam advertisements, the service provider has the right to block foreign IPs or close those pages to solve the problem without prior notice.
- If the service provider finds any illegal website or violates the above agreement The service will be suspended immediately without any refund and no prior notice is required. The service provider reserves the right to review the website to determine whether it violates the agreement or not. If there is any dispute, the decision of the service provider shall be final.
(The service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend service in the following cases)
- Websites that use more bandwidth than their allotted limit will be suspended until the end of the month and will be able to continue using them at the beginning of the new month.
- Websites that are spammed by BOTs, such as Webboards or other programs that BOTs can spam data into. The suspension in this case will be limited to a specific part or all, depending on the service provider. The suspension will be canceled only when the service provider or the user has resolved the problem.
Hosting and VPS Backup Service Agreement
The service provider is not responsible in case that the information on the website is lost in any case or due to equipment failure due to force majeure. Although the service provider has a service to back up data to another hard disk every time a file is uploaded and backs up data to another server every 7 days, it cannot be guaranteed that the data will be accurate and complete. Therefore, users should always have at least 1 set of backup data. However, the service provider is willing to provide the utmost assistance in recovering the data.
Password Retention Agreement
When ordering, the service provider will specify a Username and Password to control and manage Email, Ftp, Web-Control panel for the user, which the user must store in a safe place. The service provider will not be responsible for any damage to the website or data caused by the user's negligence.
In the event that the user forgets any password, the service provider will set a new password and notify via the email address used to order the service only.
Hosting and VPS Service Renewal Agreement
The service provider will notify users 30 days before expiration. If the user does not pay or notify the service provider to renew before the expiration date, the service provider will delete the data and username of the user who did not renew. If any damage occurs, the service provider will not be responsible for anything.
Agreement to change the format of service
The service provider may adjust the format of the service by adjusting the service rate to a higher or lower level, which will be notified 7 days in advance. In the event of a price reduction, the service provider reserves the right to refund the service fee and have the user pay the new service rate when renewing. In the event of a price increase, old users will use the old service rate when renewing, and new users will use the new service rate. The service usage will begin from the date the service fee was paid.
Service Provider Liability Agreement
The service provider cannot guarantee that the service will be continuous without interruption or without any defects such as problems with internet connection, signal blockage, internet network, communication error, natural disaster, terrorism, fire or temporary service suspension. And from problems that are not the service provider's problems, the service provider will refund the service fee in proportion if the service provider is the one who cancels the service contract, such as termination of service, cancellation or inability to continue the service. And the service provider will not be responsible for compensating for any damages other than the service fee that the user has already paid to the service provider.
Agreement to suspend service
The service provider may suspend the service of any website as it deems appropriate, even if the website does not violate any agreements. The service provider will refund only the unused portion of the service, except for domain name services, for which there will be no refund. The user may notify the service provider to point the domain name (change the Name Server values) to another service provider or transfer the domain name to another service provider. The user may not claim any other damages apart from the service fee that the user has already paid to the service provider.
