Refund Policy

Creative.co.th reserves the right to cancel or refund before the end of the contract in all cases. 
The service provider reserves the right to refund the service fee in case the user wishes to cancel the service or reduce the service fee before the contract expires. The user has no right to claim a refund of the service fee, whether in part or in whole, unless the service provider cancels the service itself. The service fee will be refunded only as appropriate. If there is a violation of the said agreement, the service provider will warn and will stop providing the service if the user does not make the correct correction. The user will not be able to claim the right to a refund. If the action affects the system, network, and reputation of the service provider, the user will be responsible for all damages incurred.
